Descriptive tour and practical workshop as part of the exhibition Trading Zone.
Launching a new type of student exhibition, Trading Zone creates a meeting point for different disciplines from across the University. Energised by the speculative energy of contemporary art, the 2018 edition includes virtual data-landscapes retrieved from the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, mushroom built Gothic spires and explorations of the earth-born cracks and tangles of our language systems.
Participants will be taken on a guided tour of the exhibition led by Juliana Capes before a chance to discuss and respond to the themes in a workshop after lunch.
